My Dog Chatta

A mechanical pencil drawing of my dog Chatta. I've spent most of the past year drawing dogs like him for my upcoming book on how to draw dogs. I'll post more information when it is available.
Chatta is a mixed breed we rescued from the shelter moments before being euthanized. He might have chow chow, golden retriever, or shiba inu in him- or perhaps something else we haven't considered. What we do know is he is a poof. He loves nothing better than to be out in the front yard, guarding the house. It can be difficult to get him to come indoors sometimes!
